Farmers menu

Enjoy a four-course Farmers menu in the restaurant Logen’s cozy and rustic environment. Our menus are seasonally inspired and our sommelier has produced a well-selected beverage package for all dishes. Of course, there are also non-alcoholic drinks packages!

Our wish and mission during your stay is to make sure that you can sit back, relax and really enjoy each other’s company without any distractions.

Couliflower soup with truffle and pickled cauliflower 135 SEK

Pikeperch confit with dill, potato cream, deep fried leeks, leek ash and Västerbotten cheese 135 SEK

Beef cheek with black currants, variety on yellow beet, apple gravy and green apple 275 SEK

Salted cod with turnip, carrots, dill with Shellfish butter sauce 295 SEK

Baked cauliflower with zucchini, crispy capers, balsamico gravy and Wrångebäcks cheese 225 SEK

Desserts

Chocolate salami with sea-buckthorn sorbet, white chocolate mousse and browned butter 135 SEK

Apple with almonds and vanilla 125 SEK

Sorbet of the evening 39 SEK

Selected cheese with hard bread and marmalade 145 SEK

For parties with more than 9 people the menu has to be pre-booked.
