In the autumn of 2018, we changed our Wine bar into what now is restaurant ÄNG. In ÄNG, our tasting menus are served and made from ingredients sources from our closest forests, meadows, lakes and farms. Our chef Filip Gemzell has recently worked as a chef at Restaurang Huset in Svalbard, where he explored Nordic taste in combination with ingredients from Svalbard and the Arctic.
Tasting menu: Fridays – Sundays with sitting times between 18:30 – 20:30

Restaurant Logen is our first restaurant whose main features are the country inspired rustic environment and its high quality traditional Nordic food in focus. Our chef Caroline Salminen takes advantage of the classic ingredients from west coast Sweden to prepare our version of Swedish home cooking. It is in Logen where our large breakfast, luxury lunch, popular Sunday brunch and our tasty farm menu are served.
Breakfast: Weekdays between 07:00 – 10:00 & weekends 08:00 – 10:30
Lunch: Weekdays 11:30 – 14:00 & Saturdays 12:00 – 15:00
Brunch: Sundays 12:00 – 15:00
Dinner: All days between 18:00 – 21:00
Fika and snacks: All days between 12:00 – 16:00
Are you going hiking in the forests? Fika and sandwiches can be ordered from restaurant Logen all days between 12:00 – 16:00.
