Head Chef Caroline Salminen at our vineyard restaurant prepares Scandinavian courses and heavenly good coffee, every day of the week. Morning and afternoon coffee is included in all conference packages. If you stay overnight, you can eat the 4-course Farmer’s Menu for dinner, or visit Restaurant ÄNG, where Filip Gemzell put together a tasting menu with the best from local farms, forests, waters, and meadows.

Adjacent to Ästad Vingård is Restaurang ÄNG, which serves a set Scandinavian tasting menu. Executive chef Filip Gemzell leads the creative work and works closely with his team, together with local producers, hunters, and fishermen to explore the local landscape.

SWEDISH WINES AND SINNENAS SPA

Do not miss the chance to socialize when the working day is over. Join our sommelier on a guided vineyard tour and learn all about how we grow organic grapes in Halland. The tour continues into the winery where the grapes are made into wine, and you can of course finish with a wine tasting. Or relax in Sinnenas Spa with snacks and something good to drink from Smakbaren. We have many activities that suit everyone in the group.

At Ästad Vingård there are several different accommodation options. Most of our hotel rooms have an in-room sauna. The suites are equipped with their own spa area and natural stone baths. We also have the timbered cottages, a somewhat more simple accommodation with shared baths and toilets in an adjacent building.

ÄSTAD TRANSFER

The easiest way to reach Ästad Vingård is by car. Our parking lot has several charging posts for electric vehicles. You can also travel by train to Varberg or Falkenberg train stations, or take a flight to Landvetter Airport in Gothenburg. We’re happy to help with transfer service via our local partners. Please inform us about any necessary transfer at the time of your booking.
