Executive chef Filip Gemzell leads the creative work at Restaurang ÄNG. Together with his team, Filip works closely with local producers, hunters, and fishermen to explore the Scandinavian landscape.

BREAKFAST AT ÄNG

Have a seat in the glass house and be served Restaurant ÄNG's idea of breakfast, inspired by Nordic breakfast traditions with elements from different corners of the world. A tasting breakfast in the glass house and the sommeliers' homemade beverages. A continuation of the evening's previous dinner and probably the best start to the day.

BEVERAGE PACKAGE OR WINES FROM THE CELLAR

For the evening's dinner, you can always choose between a beverage package with wines selected by ÄNG's cellar master – or select from ÄNG's large wine cellar. When breakfast is served in the glass house, ÄNG's homemade non-alcoholic drinks are included.

When booking a room or package at Ästad Vingård, you can choose between several different accommodation options. Large premium rooms with a private spa area, hotel rooms with your own sauna, to cozy wooden cabins. Each accommodation is centrally located on the vineyard, close to wine fields, Sinnenas Spa, and our restaurants.
