The tasting menu at ÄNG

The idea of ÄNG is simple. We work with what’s right outside our door and refine it to its greatest potential. Many of the ingredients you will find in our dishes are freshly picked from nearby forests, meadows and fields every morning. Vegetables are grown right next to the restaurant and the lambs play around on our farm just next door.

SINNENAS SPA

Unwind in Sinnenas Spa, inspired by the local nature around the vineyard. The spa garden consists of cold springwater baths, an Underwater sauna, a 39° C outdoor pool, and much more. Step inside to exclusive saunas, bath and shower scenes with sounds and scents from the nearby Åkulla beech forests.

THE FARM MENU AT LOGEN

Restaurant Logen prepares genuine and rustic food. Head Chef Caroline Salminen has created a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. The menu varies with the seasons and Logen serves our large breakfast, à la carte lunches and our 4-course Farmer's menu for dinner.

HIKING IN ÅKULLA BEECH FORESTS

The beautiful Åkulla beech forests have as many as twelve nature reserves with over 60 km of hiking trails. Take a short hike after breakfast, or enjoy a long afternoon walk and appreciate the view at Hiaklitten. Åkulla has hiking trails for beginners as well as professionals.
