Ästad Vingård is located in the middle of Åkulla beech forests, an area with twelve nature reserves and beautiful lakes. With Hiking Package + ÄNG we prepare you with pre-packed lunch packs and trail maps for a day in the forests. Afterward, you check in to a cozy hotel room and get to experience Sinnenas Spa, inspired by the local nature. Dinner is served at Restaurant ÄNG, a Halland-inspired tasting menu, signed by Filip Gemzell.

The tasting menu at ÄNG

The idea of ÄNG is simple. We work with what’s right outside our door and refine it to its greatest potential. Many of the ingredients you will find in our dishes are freshly picked from nearby forests, meadows and fields every morning. Vegetables are grown right next to the restaurant and the lambs play around on our farm just next door.

Restaurang ÄNG is closed June 23 and July 10-30, 2023.
